As an AI Engineer, you will integrate ML and LLM models into production systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. ## Responsibilities - Design backend services that support AI workflows - Integrate ML/LLM models into production systems - Diagnose complex issues across data pipelines, model serving, and backend components - Collaborate across teams on technical architecture for AI features - Ensure production ML services meet performance and reliability standards ## Requirements - 5+ years of backend engineering (Python, Go, Java, or similar) - 2+ years integrating ML/LLM models into production systems - Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and microservices - Strong collaboration and communication skills ## Compensation Tiered by experience level: IC1 (2+ years) 05,000-42,000; IC2 (3+ years) 27,000-71,000; IC3 (4+ years) 52,000-06,000; IC4 (10+ years) 96,000-65,000
