As Lead Software Engineer for AI Agents & Orchestration, you will architect AI-native applications and LLM integrations at scale, embedding generative AI into the financial experiences of millions. ## Responsibilities - Architect AI-native applications and LLM integrations at scale - Design agentic systems and RAG patterns for financial experiences - Establish development standards and reusable components for AI services - Partner across product, design, and data science teams - Implement quality assurance and monitoring for AI outputs - Mentor and hire engineering talent for AI teams ## Requirements - Technical leadership with track record in large-scale systems - Production experience with LLMs, generative AI, or RAG patterns - Full-stack proficiency in maintainable codebases and API design - Complex problem-solving across business units - Ability to connect technical initiatives to business outcomes - Preferred: PyTorch/TensorFlow, FinTech or regulated industry background, international product scaling
