## About the Role Anthropic is an AI safety company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. This role sits on the Corporate Finance & Strategy team, owning financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will build and maintain financial models, drive the annual planning process, and prepare board-level materials for one of the most important AI companies in the world. ## Responsibilities - Own company-wide financial planning and reporting processes - Build and maintain revenue forecasting models and variance analysis - Prepare board materials and executive-level financial presentations - Partner with business leaders across R&D, go-to-market, and infrastructure teams - Drive the annual planning cycle and monthly close reporting - Improve FP&A systems and processes using modern planning tools ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles - Experience at high-growth technology companies preferred - Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency - Expertise in modern planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive) - Strong business acumen and communication abilities
