## About the Role Anthopic seeks a strategic finance professional to serve as a trusted financial partner to key G&A organizations — including People, Policy, Workplace, and Legal — driving clarity across headcount planning, OPEX management, and strategic financial analysis at one of the world's leading AI safety companies. ## Responsibilities - Manage headcount planning, compensation analysis, and financial modeling for organizational initiatives - Own operating expense forecasting, variance analysis, and budget planning for assigned G&A functions - Build financial models supporting workforce planning and strategic decision-making - Develop expertise in equity compensation mechanics and model program impacts - Support annual planning processes and create OPEX tracking dashboards - Contribute to Board materials and investor relations deliverables ## Requirements - 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, compensation analytics, or investment banking - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL - Strong knowledge of equity compensation (stock options, RSUs, refresh programs) - Exceptional data synthesis and cross-functional communication skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Experience with Anaplan or Pigment financial planning tools preferred
