Director, AI Governance, Automation & Analytics

## About the Role AlphaSense is a market intelligence and search platform used by the world's leading financial institutions, corporations, and consulting firms. This role owns the AI governance program end-to-end: policy frameworks, risk classification tiers, AI impact assessments, and the cross-functional governance council. AI governance is a material topic for AlphaSense's IPO readiness and enterprise customer trust. ## Responsibilities - Own AlphaSense's AI governance program end-to-end including policy frameworks and risk classification - Lead AI impact assessments and coordinate cross-functional governance council - Design and implement security automation and analytics pipelines - Manage non-human identity governance and cloud security operations - Generate security analytics from telemetry data for board-level reporting - Ensure compliance with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act frameworks ## Requirements - 8+ years in security, with 3+ years in leadership roles spanning AI/ML security, security automation, or security analytics - Expertise in AI/ML architectures and governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) - Hands-on security automation experience (SOAR, detection pipelines) - Proficiency in analytics and dashboarding (SQL, Python, BI tools) - Cyber risk quantification and board-level communication skills
