AI Product Management, Vice President

## About the Role Vice President role at Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management division leading AI governance and oversight. You will enable teams to deliver high-value AI agents quickly and safely, embedding governance controls across the AI delivery lifecycle. The program is grounded in widely adopted AI risk and governance frameworks incorporating LLM/agentic security considerations. ## Responsibilities - Establish and operate AI use case intake workflows for agents, model changes, RAG implementations, and new tools/actions - Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI agent opportunities balancing business value and governance requirements - Partner with engineering and data teams to embed governance-by-design controls into the AI delivery lifecycle - Define oversight patterns for agent orchestration including tool access, action permissions, escalation checkpoints, and auditability - Operationalize AI risk management aligned to firm frameworks addressing LLM/agentic security risks - Define production readiness processes with evaluation sign-off and privacy/security reviews - Establish post-launch monitoring for quality, safety, and drift signals - Support recurring governance forum and AI review board - Serve as connector across Product, Engineering, Data/ML, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance ## Requirements - 7+ years product management experience leading cross-functional programs - Demonstrated delivery of AI/ML or LLM-enabled capabilities in production - Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI patterns and orchestration - Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and data/ML teams - Ability to translate risk and compliance requirements into product workflows - Experience with regulated financial environments preferred - AI governance or risk framework experience preferred
