Director, Strategic Finance

## About the Role Director-level Strategic Finance role at Scale AI, leading financial strategy, executive reporting, and business decision support. You will partner with C-suite leadership to develop financial models, drive forecasting, and lead a finance team at one of the most important AI infrastructure companies. ## Responsibilities - Develop financial strategy and long-range planning for Scale AI - Lead executive reporting and board materials preparation - Build and maintain complex financial models and forecasts - Drive process optimization across finance operations - Lead and mentor a finance team - Partner with C-suite on strategic business decisions ## Requirements - 4+ years in Corporate Finance and Strategic Finance - 4+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or Growth Equity - Deep understanding of B2B SaaS businesses and scaling technology companies - Expert Excel modeling and Salesforce proficiency - Experience leading finance teams - Financial systems knowledge (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights preferred)
