Finance Manager, AI/ML Finance

## About the Role As a Finance Manager on Google's AI/ML Finance team, you will partner directly with AI/ML product and engineering leadership to drive financial strategy, investment decisions, and resource allocation for Google's AI portfolio. This role combines deep financial acumen with an understanding of AI compute economics. ## Responsibilities - Lead financial planning and analysis for Google's AI/ML product portfolio - Partner with AI/ML product and engineering leadership on investment strategy and resource allocation - Build and maintain financial models for ML compute infrastructure, including capacity planning and unit economics - Drive quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and long-range financial forecasting for AI/ML initiatives - Develop insights on AI compute cost optimization and efficiency opportunities - Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership - Manage a team of financial analysts supporting AI/ML business units ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field - 8 years of experience in finance, including FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting - Experience managing and developing finance teams - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills - Experience with technology or infrastructure finance ## Preferred Qualifications - MBA or CFA - Experience with AI/ML infrastructure economics or cloud computing finance - Experience at a major technology company - Strong executive presence and communication skills
