Investor Relations Manager

## About the Role GitLab is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join their IR team, which leads engagement with the investment community and helps current and prospective shareholders understand the company's strategy, financial performance, and position in the broader DevSecOps and AI-powered software ecosystem. GitLab embraces AI as a core productivity multiplier, with all team members expected to incorporate AI into their daily workflows. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the US and Canada. ## Responsibilities - Develop investment thesis narratives using industry and competitive analysis - Support quarterly earnings process including materials and call logistics - Create investor presentations, decks, and executive briefings - Build financial models and valuation analyses - Analyze competitor SEC filings and earnings calls - Coordinate investor meetings and roadshows - Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Product, and Marketing teams ## Requirements - Background in finance, economics, accounting, or related discipline - Experience in investor relations or financially rigorous roles such as investment banking, equity research, or private equity - Proficiency analyzing GAAP financial statements and building financial models - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace skills - Familiarity with SEC requirements and public company disclosure knowledge
