Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic AI

## About the Role Zillow is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer on the Agentic AI team to develop advanced multimodal foundational technologies that transform the real estate industry. The Agentic AI team is at the forefront of helping millions of people use AI technologies to find their next home. ## Responsibilities - Leverage frameworks like AgentSDK and LangChain/LangGraph to design, prototype, and develop multi-agent systems - Develop perception and language understanding, deep reasoning, and reinforcement learning for AI agent decision-making - Build and deploy GenAI models and agentic AI prototypes at scale - Lead technical direction for foundational AI capabilities - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams ## Requirements - Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field - 7+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale ML solutions - Recent focus on agent-based systems and dialogue capabilities - Deep expertise in LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and reinforcement learning - Experience deploying ML systems to production at scale
