Risk Management & Compliance - AI Enablement Senior Associate

## About the Role This is a senior-level position within JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance division focused on AI governance and enablement. You will oversee the strategic implementation of AI tools across the function while establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements. ## Responsibilities - Develop and implement AI governance policies and frameworks across Risk Management & Compliance - Drive strategic adoption of AI technologies across the enterprise - Collaborate with business, technology, and data science teams to identify and facilitate AI solutions - Create and deliver AI training and enablement programs for compliance and risk teams - Ensure AI implementations align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements - Provide strategic insights and recommendations on enterprise AI implementation - Manage compliance and risk aspects of AI tool deployment ## Requirements - 6-10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related functions - Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities and governance best practices - Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives - Strategic thinking and change management capabilities - Knowledge of financial services industry regulations - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
