## About the Role Capstone Investment Advisors is a global alternative investment management firm specializing in volatility, event-driven, and quantitative strategies. As an AI Platform Engineer, you will design and implement orchestration frameworks for LLM-powered tools and agent workflows, building the firm's AI infrastructure. ## Responsibilities - Design and implement orchestration frameworks for LLM-powered tools and agent workflows - Develop scalable infrastructure supporting distributed agent development across teams - Manage agent lifecycles ensuring alignment with architectural standards and security policies - Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) services for enterprise system integration - Establish monitoring, observability, compliance, and security frameworks for responsible AI operations ## Requirements - 5+ years professional software engineering experience - Demonstrated AI/ML infrastructure or agent-based system development - Expert-level Docker and Kubernetes proficiency in production environments - Understanding of modern security architecture including OAuth 2.0 and Keycloak - Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and compliance frameworks preferred - Experience with multi-tenant platform design a plus
