Principal Product Manager, AI Platform

## About the Role Interface AI is the leading specialized AI provider for banks and credit unions, serving over 100 financial institutions with voice, chat, and employee-assisting solutions powered by proprietary Generative AI (BankGPT). As Principal Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will own the core platform serving all products. ## Responsibilities - Own the core AI platform agent runtime and orchestration for multi-agent systems - Define platform contracts, APIs, versioning, and deprecation strategies - Lead model lifecycle management including selection, evaluation, and fine-tuning - Drive inference optimization including latency budgets and multi-region deployment - Ensure safety and compliance including PII masking, SOC2/GDPR readiness, and audit logs - Build quality evaluation and production feedback loops - Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 product managers ## Requirements - 8+ years product management experience; 3+ at Staff/Principal level - Multi-component platform management experience - Deep technical fluency with AI/ML systems - Enterprise SaaS background with compliance/governance experience - Daily AI-native workflow (building agents, automation, prototyping) - Financial services experience is a bonus
