Corporate Development Associate

## About the Role CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI (Nasdaq: CRWV), is seeking a high-performing Associate to join the corporate development team. You will support the CDO, CSO, and CFO in managing M&A processes, analyzing industry trends, assessing competitive landscapes, identifying investment opportunities, and supporting marquee fundraising initiatives for one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies. ## Responsibilities - Identify and evaluate M&A and direct investment opportunities - Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models for M&A transactions and strategic investments - Assist in all phases of transaction execution (due diligence, valuation, documentation, integration planning) - Prepare management presentations delivering CoreWeave's investment thesis and growth strategy - Conduct comprehensive due diligence on M&A and investment targets - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in AI infrastructure - Collaborate with CFO and CDO on complex equity and debt fundraising initiatives - Support cross-functional Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, and FP&A projects ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related field - Strong financial modeling and valuation skills - Experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development - Understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or data center markets preferred - Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities - Ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
